Gautam Banerjee

Founder & Managing Director

Gautam is an accomplished analytics and Opex practitioner with two decades of experience in management and leadership with companies like Accenture, Fidelity Management Research and GE GDC across the globe. Gautam was felicitated in 2014 by NASSCOM for his contribution to the cause of data science. He was the chair of Data Science SIG of NASSCOM East from 2015-17.

An alumnus of BITS, Pilani and IIM Bangalore, India, Gautam is a certified Master Black Belt on Lean and Six Sigma by the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, India besides being a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.

He is also the president of Data Science Foundation.

Soma Banerjee

Co-Founder & CEO

Soma has experience of over a decade and a half in market research, analytics and product management. She has played key management roles across multiple geographies for global majors like Nielsen, Genpact and Talisma Corporation as well as start-ups.

Soma has a Bachelor’s Degree from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi and a Masters Degree in business management from Army Institute of Management, Kolkata. She is a member of CII Sub committee and NASSCOM East SME Council.

Mainak Sen

Director – Analytics

Mainak has years of experience in analytics and research. He has worked extensively both in India and in the USA - in areas of technology, mathematical models, research and social sciences with companies like Infosys, Thermax, Ducker Research, etc.

Mainak is a graduate in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and holds an MBA from Michigan State University, USA. He has also been a graduate researcher at Purdue University, USA.
